Sreypov started her practice more than 15 years ago and taught over ten years ago at Krama Yoga, where she completed her first teacher training in 2014. Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge and skills through various programs and workshops, including the Peace Program with the Azahar Foundation. Her class's main focus is in anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology. Her experience is in Kids Yoga and Aerial Yoga, which she is certified in by the Yoga UK Alliance.
