Our instructor Sreymom experienced mental burn out due to the pressure of work. By the practice of meditation in 2017, she improved her mental health and saw the benefits of wellness for herself. She started to work in the sector of peace building and lead guided meditations at schools then entered a fellowship program, Peace Argent in Thailand, in 2018. She continued her 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Cambodia in 2019.

slow flow yoga focuses on mindful movement and deep breathing, allowing individuals to flow through postures at a comfortable pace to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mental clarity. It is suitable for beginners, injury recovery, or relaxation, ending with a rejuvenating savasana for a calm and centered mind.
