Jennifer Agostini
Jennifer began her yoga journey in 2008 as a way to cope with anxiety, eventually embracing the full spectrum of traditional yoga practices. Her dedication to vinyasa and chanting led her to India in 2016 to become a certified teacher. Since, Jennifer continues to study with esteemed Eastern and Western teachers, teaches at retreat centres and yoga studios worldwide, and leads her own yoga teacher trainings and women’s retreats. Deeply rooted in Indian yogic philosophy, she integrates this wisdom into her classes, attracting both seasoned practitioners and those seeking deeper knowledge and self-understanding. Jennifer frequently visits India to enhance her understanding of yoga and Indian classical music, studying under respected Bhakti yogis and advancing her Vedic understanding and overall personal practice. Jennifer is also a writer, entrepreneur, and nomad, bringing a creative and free-spirited approach to her classes. Her teachings inspire a deeper understanding of the creativity, love, and authenticity that reside within us, encouraging these qualities to lead us.
Description
Kirtan is a sacred musical experience rooted in the tradition of Bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion. This ritualistic heart-opening practice is shared through chanting ancient mantras with soulful melodies. Whether you are new to Kirtan or have your own Bhakti practice, Kirtan invites us all to experience the vibrations of sound, devotion, and community. As we chant together, we create a collective energy that soothes the mind, opens the heart, and elevates the spirit. No prior experience or musical ability is required—just an open heart and a willingness to share your voice.

This session is donation based, and you may register in advance by getting a free ticket.
