My name is Kiki. I'm a Yoga teacher. I completed my 200H training at Mindful Yoga Cebu School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching for over 3 years prior to that I start practicing yoga since 2019. My session includes pranayama's and meditation, beginners yoga, Vinyasa and Power yoga. I am passionate about yoga and it created a feeling of me that brought me to love myself more than ever and recreate a better version of myself. Remember as long as you can breathe you can do yoga!
