Friday's breath and meditation practice will bring you into deeper connection with not only your breath, but your dreams for the future. You can expect a diaphragm retraining sequence, designed to enhance blood flow whilst calming the nervous system; breath holds to balance the body and focus the mind, and a guided manifestation meditation. Together we'll breathe to let go of the old, and call in the new.
