Description

Tash is back to work her MFR magic.
Tash will guide you into rest using MFR techniques to help you realise anything that is no longer serving you. MFR is a therapeutic tool used to manage tension and stress in an effective and feel-good way. We'll use props, balls and self massage to find ways to rejuvenate tired muscles and areas we carry stress.
