Join Emily for some gentle restorative movement and then get super comfy for Yoga Nidra ‘yogic sleep’: a rejuvenating guided relaxation bringing you into a state of conscious deep rest. This practice can help calm your nervous system and has many other benefits including improved sleep and reduced stress. Wear your comfiest clothes and we’ll use props and blankets to get you into a restful position for relaxation.
