Join us as we spend an hour shifting into a restful place, using slow and gentle movement we will start to honour the act of a restful and easy practice.
This class is designed to support those struggling with feelings of stress or anxiety, and will help you settle into the vibes of the evening. Hopefully you will step out of the class feeling rested and ready for an easy, sleepy Sunday evening.
This class is suited to all experience levels.
