Description

A 90 minute class consisting of various Yogic practices to help you wind down in the evening and sleep well. This workshop will include a short talk, a movement practice, breathwork & journal prompts. There will be opportunity for sharing & discussion if you'd like to join in.

Cameras can be on or off, mic's can be on or off. The aim is for you to be as comfortable as possible, and this may also mean bringing soothing sounds / smells / textures to the class.

This class is pay as you feel, in the hope that the class can be accessible to all people regardless of financial circumstance. A recommended donation, if comfortable, is £12.50. You will receive a payment link after class.

Suitable for all levels of Yoga experience.
