Join us for a transformative Rose Heart Cacao Ceremony, a sacred gathering dedicated to healing, connection, and opening the heart space.
In this beautiful ceremony, we will come together in a safe and nurturing environment to honour the ancient traditions of cacao and harness its powerful healing properties. Cacao, often referred to as the "food of the gods," has been used for centuries as a ceremonial drink to facilitate spiritual growth and connection.
The ceremony will begin with a heartfelt welcome, creating a sacred space for each participant to feel seen and supported. We will set intentions for the ceremony, inviting everyone to focus on their personal healing, ancestral connections, and opening their hearts to love and compassion.
As we gather in a circle, we will be guided through a gentle meditation to ground ourselves and align with the energy of the cacao plant spirit. The ceremonial cacao, prepared with love and intention and infused with rose petals and rose oil will be served,
With each sip, we will invite the cacao and rose to gently open our hearts, releasing any stagnant emotions or energetic blockages that may be holding us back. We will engage in heart-centered practices, such as breathwork, visualization, and gentle movement, to deepen our connection to ourselves and to the collective energy of the group.
