Welcome to Grow Yoga's women’s circle community. Each circle takes a different theme, allowing for exploration through movement, sound, conversation & community.

This circle is intentionally hosted under the Aquarius full moon, Aquarius holds the energy of:

*Transformation
*Unique gifts and ideas
*Individuality as a supportive energy for the collective
*Creativity

The circle will support us to tap into our own sense of creativity and uniqueness, and how this could be supportive for the world around us.

This two hour circle will work to move us into a deeper exploration of authentic, unique selves, our hopes & dreams, and a confidence to embody this.

The circle will embody transformation & creativity through:
* movement
* meditation
* journaling
* sound bath
*sharing circle

The circle is for anybody who identifies as a woman, you do not need any experience of Yoga or spiritual practice to join.
