Description
Welcome to our four week course, mindfulness of body and breath.
This course will run from April 27th for a four week duration. You will learn:
* Classical Yoga sequences & how to move between poses with grace & balance.
* Sequences to take away to your home practice (I aim to equip you so that you can practice independently without having to follow videos).
* New breathwork practices to create a sense of ease and safety in the body.
* Tips to become mindful of your body and how this can support general wellbeing.
* The science behind the breath and why it works.
This will be an in person course with supporting resources sent via email. We will build our skills each week and everything is entirely beginner friendly.
