Iyengar yoga focuses on proper alignment and precise technique and I hope to help students get the benefits of strength, concentration and body awareness.

Description

This beginner's class works on some areas of stiffness that are more common in men, including shoulders and hamstrings, in an environment free from the feeling of competition with the often more flexible half!

This is a 5 week course of 5 one hour classes and is suitable for those new to yoga or to refresh your skills.  

All equipment is at the studio.  We look forward to introducing the basics of Iyengar yoga to you.
