A practice designed to help reset the body and mind and ease you into your evening. A combination of breathwork, meditation and movement to unwind and release tension from your day, helping to calm the nervous system and leave you relaxed and ready for your evening.

Beginner friendly and welcoming atmosphere, open to everybody.
Offering options and variations so that you can adapt your practice and work at your own level and pace.
