Roll out your mat and join me for these gentle and flowing classes designed to increase relaxation and flexibility.  We will move at a slower pace while emphasizing the breath.  Perfect for the first-timer or experienced yogi. Be gentle with yourself, you won’t regret it! This class is a comfortable 75-80 degrees when held indoors.
