Vinyasa means to “move in a particular direction”. Traditionally, Vinyasa style yoga classes link poses together with breath. Join me for one hour to move, breathe, and gain some strength and flexibility. We will also take time to learn different breathing techniques and explore meditation to help reduce stress and promote a more peaceful state of mind and body. This class is heated to a warm 85-90 degrees when held indoors.
