Embrace the sunrise! The morning is the perfect time to roll out your mat and allow yourself to move and breathe! Vinyasa style yoga classes link poses together with breath. Join me for one hour to gain some strength, flexibility, and peace of mind! This class is heated to a warm 85-90 degrees when held indoors.
