Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga combining traditional Indian and Chinese medicine. Reclined and seated poses are held for longer periods of time targeting the deepest tissues of the body. The emphasis is on connective tissue-fascia, ligaments, joints, tendons, discs. Yin Yoga improves energy, reduces pain, increases flexibility, prevents injury and reduces stress. Everyone needs Yin to find balance! Join us every other Wednesday Evening this Summer outside on the patio! Weather Permitting
