Jag som är heter Mats Sjöström. Tidig 60-talist. Aktiv motionär som blev förälskad i Yoga efter fyllda 50. Certifierad Global Yoga lärare.
Det finns så många bra saker med yoga som jag vill dela med mig till dig.
Vi praktiserar andningstekniker, rörlighet, styrka och balans.
Det blir även lite yogafilosofi.
Yoga handlar inte om att du skall nå dina tår. Yoga handlar om vad du lär dig på vägen dit.

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, physical form of yoga founded by Pattabhi Jois with the aim of purifying the body. The foundation of Ashtanga Yoga is the synchronization of breathing and body movements. The sequencing of the different stretches is carefully thought out by Pattabi Jois to go through the entire body to cleanse, strengthen and revitalize all internal organs and muscles.
All levels are welcome. Some experience of sun salutations can be helpful.
