Hej! Jag heter Marie och jag började praktisera yoga i början av 2000-talet men det dröjde till 2019 innan jag tog steget och gick min första 200-timmars yogalärarutbildning. Jag har därefter byggt på med ytterligare en yogalärarutbildning (200H) samt ett flertal kurser, workshops och fördjupningar. Jag har undervisat sedan 2020 i såväl flow/vinyasa och yin- och restorative yoga. Vare sig jag håller en mer aktiv eller mer passiv klass så är alltid min målsättning att yogan ska kunna anpassas till alla deltagare, oavsett förutsättningar och eventuella tidigare erfarenheter. Mina klasser är tillåtande och har alltid ett stort fokus på andning och medveten närvaro. Jag värnar extra om återhämtning och vila. Hoppas vi ses!

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more. The emphasis is on finding stillness and surrendering into the poses to allow gentle traction and compression of the tissues. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, and an opportunity for deep introspection. Physical effects: targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, joint health, and improved circulation. Energetic effects: focuses on stimulating the flow of energy (known as prana or chi) through the body's meridian lines, promoting balance and harmony.
