Katerina is a full-time yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and a CBT-therapist & holistic counsellor who is dedicated in sharing her passion for Yoga, Mindfulness & Psychology with the world. She turned to Yoga and Meditation in order to heal emotional and physical wounds and through her long experience of studying and practicing different forms of yoga, meditation and movement for over two decades she became committed to holding space for others to find their own, innate inner peace. She holds a degree in Psychology, a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has studied Yoga and Mindfulness in depth. Her studies in Mindfulness include courses such as MBSR and MBCT as well as Western Buddhism, all of which continually shape and inform her presence as a teacher and a student. Katerina teaches a wide range of classes from Hatha and Vinyasa to Core and Yin to Flexibility & Mobility, always with a Mindful, empathetic and deeply intuitive and healing approach. Expect to be inspired to explore and to take meaningful, self-healing tools into your life off the mat.

Beskrivning

Warm Saturday Flow is a playful flow class that combines stretching and strengthening the body as we move through playful and at times challenging sequences synchronised with a mindful, calming breath.

The focus in this class is on length and strength, on creating greater body and breath awareness and coming home to our most peaceful self.

Suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners - 60 min
