About me: I feel I was lucky to find early that one thing which is the leader and the stable point in my life. Teaching. Somehow integrate all I learned and experienced to other people to help and heal them by movements. My motto: You are in a conversation with your body, not in a competition. Pilates: To my mind Pilates is the strong base, which if you have and understand, all of your other loved movements become better in quality. It leads you into a healthy, strong centered body through a system which is focusing exactly on those points we mostly need.

An intermediate class with a lot of standing exercises to challenge stability and balance. Activate and isolate your deep core muscles while improving posture, flexibility and overall strength. A little faster paced session with pulses to challenge your body.
Modifications are always available.
