Benjamin Lindh Medin
Born in Sweden (1989) based in Switzerland, Benjamin grew up in between a world of Dance, Theater, Music, to Yoga, Spirituality and Healing since a very young age. He has had a chance to travel a lot through work as a teacher and performer as well as living in London, India, and Hong Kong for extended periods of time.
Benjamin has worked as a dancer, performer, Qi Gong/Yoga teacher and Energy Healing practitioner since he was a teenager. The last ten years he has been focusing on his practice of subtle energy awareness through Somatic movement practices, Qi Gong and meditation.
His teachings include fascial movement practices connecting to a deeper body awareness and fluidity, as well as meditations to empower our energy, emotional balance and intuitive wisdom, restoring our health, nervous system and well being.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more. The emphasis is on finding stillness and surrendering into the poses to allow gentle traction and compression of the tissues. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, and an opportunity for deep introspection. Physical effects: targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, joint health, and improved circulation. Energetic effects: focuses on stimulating the flow of energy (known as prana or chi) through the body's meridian lines, promoting balance and harmony.
