Jag är Highersenses grundare och har skapat verksamheten för att bidra till att varje individ ska finna ett andrum i tillvaron, ett utrymme att reflektera, för att sedan gå ut och blomstra på sina respektive områden.
Jag är yogalärare sedan 2003 (utbildad av Ulrica Norberg, Bradlee Frierott och Shiva Rea m.fl.) och har undervisat i Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Familj mm sedan dess.
Jag är även terapeut med inriktning på högkänslighet, tanke-och känslohantering, medvetandeutveckling och energiförståelse.
I mitt tidigare liv jobbade jag som HR-chef och organisationskonsult.
Jag ser fram emot att möta Dig.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more. The emphasis is on finding stillness and surrendering into the poses to allow gentle traction and compression of the tissues. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, and an opportunity for deep introspection. Physical effects: targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, joint health, and improved circulation. Energetic effects: focuses on stimulating the flow of energy (known as prana or chi) through the body's meridian lines, promoting balance and harmony.
