Description
A 90 minute hot yoga class based on the original Bikram sequence. Room temperature is 40 degrees Celsius.
This class works every part of the body- internal organs, tendons, muscles and ligaments
First Timers
A yoga mat and towel and water are required. We have mats for rental (€2) if you don’t have one. But please bring a towel large enough to cover the mat - we are not messing when we say it is hot yoga .
Please come at least 15 minutes before class starts
Beginners should not be afraid to take breaks during class. Do not leave the room, you can stand still or sit down on your mat at any time during class.
Don’t eat too close to class.
Come hydrated.
Wear comfortable stretchy clothing . Women can wear shorts or leggings and a vest top or sports bra. Men should wear shorts ( top is optional for men)
