Studio opens 15 min before and after class.
- showers are available please make it as quick as possible. Max 3 min per person!
- changing rooms open
- no mat or towels for rent
- please bring all your materials & needs. [ like extra towels & cold drinking water ]
- keep your 1.5 m distance.
- wear your mask all times arrive, indoors & leaving the studio. [ you can take it off while on your mat for class ] !
