This practise will vary week to week from Moksha
60 minute practise, incorporating elements of Hatha and Vinyasa while learning to connect to your breath.
Leave the mat feeling invigorated after working your entire body and building up a sweat.
Although a more challenging practise, it is suitable for all levels.
