60 minute heated practise, (room approx 36 degrees), incorporating elements of Hatha/Vinyasa while learning to connect to your breath.
Leave the mat feeling invigorated after working your entire body and building up a sweat.

Although a more challenging practise, it is suitable for all levels.
Come along and sweat it out!

*Bring along a towel and water.
*Mats available to borrow
