Stretch, unwind and release tension in body and mind with this gentle 60 minute gentle practise. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, variations will be offered as you move through your practise. This is a wonderful practise to start your yoga journey and to build on it.
Yoga without the flow!

Bring along a bottle of water.
