Description

This class gives you the opportunity for a "mom's time out" after the birth of your baby. The practice will invite both gentle movement and stillness and provide you with a bit of "me-time" amidst all the demands of motherhood. There will also be a focus on community as you (re)connect with other new moms in a supportive environment with the opportunity to share and gain insight on anything "baby and motherhood" related. Whether your baby was born more recently or longer ago, this class will suit your needs and you will leave feeling restored and refreshed!
