Description

This class blends yoga in the first half of class, mostly static postures, along with Qigong flow in the last half. Qigong is preformed standing in which you connect to the life force that resides in us all. Cultivating, stimulating and circulating the feeling the qi throughout the whole body. Complete with a seated or lying meditation to consolidate your practice, leaves you feeling calm, relaxed and generally happy.
