Description

This class is designed to create warmth in the joints with some strength in the first part of class. The second part is Yinyoga, which is supported stretches with long holds to open the joints and increases energetic flow. This reflects the warmth of Ha (Sun) and the stillness yet potency of Tha (Moon) Concluded is pranayama and meditation.
