Description
This Four hour Immersion will offer yoga mindful movement through Qigong related to the wood element which stimulates and tones the Liver & Gall Bladder.
We will learn a little about this theme while also exploring the Principles of the First Limb of Yoga-
The Yamas- Our Social Intelligence.
We will spend some time outside in Jen's garden as we connect to the energy of Spring, walk the labyrinth with mindfulness and presence.
And finish with some Yin yoga and a Sound Bath.
Gifting yourself time to settle deeper into selfcare through this four hour experience is something that can infuse peace within your mind body & soul.
