Description
Qigong is a Chinese modality of discovering, cultivating and circulating the life force (Qi or Chi) thorough the body with gentle flowing movements. With regular practise Qigong can help calm the nerves, ease muscular tension, assists with mobility and may help with may other health issues.
The practice is preformed mostly standing with seated meditation. If yoga seems too much movement, then qigong is absolutely perfect & user a friendly to for everyone.
