Discover your Zen with Jen.
A Chinese modality which is a kin to Tai chi. It is done mostly standing with gentle flowing movements. Each form has its points of distinction which bring you into a peaceful state of being.
The practice teaches us to become aware of our Qi-Life force, Experience it and develop it to increase the flow of of it within us, resulting in a connectedness with ourselves and with that of the natural world.
There is a short meditation of quiet sitting at the end.
