Description

This class is suitable for all levels especially beginners.
The first 25 minutes encourages gentle yet warming yoga stretches while the Qigong in the later portion is a standing mindful movement practise, a kin to Tai Chi. The blend of the two allow the practitioner to settle into meditation with ease & peacefulness.
