Description

Qigong is a Chinese modality of discovering, cultivating and circulating the life force (Qi or Chi) thorough the body with gentle flowing movements. With regular practise Qigong can help calm the nerves, ease muscular tension, assists with mobility and may help with may other health issues.
The practice is preformed mostly standing with seated meditation. If yoga seems too much movement, then qigong is absolutely perfect & user a friendly to for everyone.

This class is suitable for most levels, it has some static postures along with some flowing vinyasa, such as Sun Salutations to create fluent mobility. This class may involve inversions.
Yoga assists physical, emotional and mental health while connecting to our spiritual self through meditation. Improve your flexibility, mobility and strength through the postures and experience the flow of energy throughout the body in the pauses between the postures.

This class is suitable for all levels especially beginners.
This beautiful patient practise allows long supported holds of 3mins to delve deeply into relaxing the muscles which helps to open up the joints. It is a highly meditative and quiet practise, helping to open up meridian lines in the body assisting with the flow of energy throughout the body.
If you want to do yoga, but want to go slow, this is the practise for you.

This class blends yoga in the first half of class, mostly static postures, along with Qigong flow in the last half. Qigong is preformed standing in which you connect to the life force that resides in us all. Cultivating, stimulating and circulating the feeling the qi throughout the whole body. Complete with a seated or lying meditation to consolidate your practice, leaves you feeling calm, relaxed and generally happy.

This class is designed to create warmth in the joints with some strength in the first part of class. The second part is Yinyoga, which is supported stretches with long holds to open the joints and increases energetic flow. This reflects the warmth of Ha (Sun) and the stillness yet potency of Tha (Moon) Concluded is pranayama and meditation.
