Description
This class is suitable for all levels especially beginners.
The first 25 minutes encourages gentle yet warming yoga movements while the Yin in the later portion is a beautiful patient practise. This allows long supported holds of 3mins to delve deeply into relaxing the muscles which helps to open up the joints. It is a highly meditative and quiet practise, which then set you up perfectly for the meditation aspect blissfully.
If you want to blend some movement & strength with time to be still and open the body, this is the practise for you.
