These Critical Alignment Yoga classes are for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners from other yoga styles. You can join the lessons even if you do not have all the tools.

Critical Alignment combines movement with relaxation, in which the distinction between movement and postural muscles is essential. Movement muscles are activated by willpower, bringing the body into the proper connection; the postural muscles become active as a reflex through relaxation. the upper back stretches in relaxation instead of flexing is the method-based idea. The stretching of the upper back enables the body to carry out efforts such as yoga poses, prolonged sitting, daily movements and sports without leaving any tension in the rest of the body. Chronic tension, injuries and stress limit our freedom of movement. Critical Alignment is a movement method to release tension and stress, practising Critical Alignment, you can experience feelings of peace, lightness, energy, and space and restore freedom in your body.
