Flow is asanas in motion, flowing from one pose to another.
We start the class with passive exercises that prepares the body for the asanas and helps to build up a strong focus. These passive exercises are done with the help of a roll or a yoga strip. During these preparatory exercises, a lot of attention is paid to breathing, which plays a vital role in the asanas following. You will move fluently from slow to quick. **It can feel like an intense workout!** The lessons are suitable for advanced and experienced flow students and are given only twice per month.
