The lessons are suitable for *advanced and experienced flow yogis* and are given only twice per month. Flow is asanas in motion, flowing from one pose to another. Be prepared and willing to be challenged with coordination, stamina, memory and musicality. We start the class with passive exercises that prepares the body for the asanas and helps to build up a strong focus. These passive exercises are done with the help of a roll or a yoga strip. You will move fluently from slow to quick in this flow zone!
