Deze Critical Alignment Yoga lessen zijn geschikt voor beginners, gevorderden en yogabeoefenaars uit andere yogastijlen. Critical Alignment combineert beweging met ontspanning, waarbij het onderscheid tussen beweging en houdingsspieren essentieel is. Door de uitlijning van de wervelkolom kan het lichaam inspanningen uitvoeren zoals yogahoudingen, dagelijkse bewegingen zonder enige spanning in de rest van het lichaam achter te laten. Critical Alignment is een bewegingsmethode die spanning en stress loslaat. Door Critical Alignment te beoefenen, kun je gevoelens van lichtheid, energie en ruimte ervaren en de vrijheid in je lichaam herstellen.
