Yin yoga offers practitioners the opportunity to be still, present, and work within while you breathe and stretch deeply to create more space in your mind and body. Yin classes are a slower paced practice to compliment a more active lifestyle. Yin is complimentary for those that run, lift, and do crossfit.
In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for two - five minutes to work into the connective tissue, offering a deeper stretch of the connective tissue and fascia.
