Description
Let yourself release the stress of the week in this dynamic flow class. We will begin with sun salutations to warm the body. Then we will bring a full connection of the breath to the movement working towards a peak pose. Ending class with some slower stretches and restorative propping in savasana.
In a Vinyasa flow class, we learn to connect the breath to the movement. This allows the yogi to drop into the body, making a more complete body and mind connection. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary.
