Yin classes are a slower paced practice to compliment a more active lifestyle. Yin is complimentary for those that run, lift, and do crossfit.
In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for two - five minutes to work into the connective tissue, offering a deeper stretch of the connective tissue and fascia.

Let yourself release the stress of the week in this dynamic flow class. We will begin with sun salutations to warm the body. Then we will bring a full connection of the breath to the movement working towards a peak pose. Ending class with some slower stretches and restorative propping in savasana.
