English yoga classes in Montpellier: With yoga & breathwork to stronger and more resilient body and mind.

Description

In this traditionally built, strong, ashtanga-inspired flow class, we will holistically guide the body and mind through specific anatomical and yogic concepts, while engaging in an all round physical practice. You’ll learn different pranayama techniques, deepen your asana foundations and practice intermediate postures, with most postures being held for 5 breaths. Modifications for students of various needs will be offered.

There will be no music in the class. Occasionally, sound may be used to help deepen the meditative nature of asana practice.

The class is suited for beginner and intermediate students.
Please bring your own mat.
