Daniela brengt als web- en grafisch ontwerper veel tijd door achter de computer, en ze merkt dat yoga haar lichaam in balans houdt en energie geeft. In haar lessen vindt Daniela het belangrijk een stevige basis op te bouwen en dan geleidelijk naar diepere niveaus te gaan. Ze helpt studenten om hun lichaam te ontwikkelen en hun relatie met hun lichaam te verbeteren. “Ik geniet ervan als ik het verschil zie tussen hoe studenten in Savasana liggen (de laatste ontspanningshouding van de les) en hoe ze de les binnenkwamen”.
As a web and graphic designer, Daniela spends a lot of time behind the computer, and she notices that yoga balances and energizes her body. In her classes, Daniela finds it important to build a solid foundation and then gradually move to deeper levels. She helps students to develop their bodies and improve their relationship with their bodies. “I enjoy seeing the difference between how students lie in Savasana (the last relaxation pose of the class) and how they entered the class”.
Beschrijving
Combined class: Prenatal and Partner class - your partners can join this as well. The focus will be on partner work and how to support the female body when going through different phases of labour. But you can join on your own like a regular prenatal class as it will be beneficial also as we are doing breath work and restorative postures as well.
There is also the option to join online if you prefer.
