Ease into the week with this class, where you are encouraged to focus on the breath and mindful movement to cultivate a feeling of balance and inner calm. Slower paced postures are practiced to wake up and energise the body, followed by time at the end for relaxation to ensure you leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.
This class is perfect for those who enjoy a slower paced class and those newer to yoga (including complete beginners).
