Calling all fitness lovers! This 45min class is my strength and conditioning class bringing in elements of cardio fitness, strength training, and core strength. We’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, balls, steps etc. This class will definitely get you sweating and your heart pumping. Great for weight loss and toning muscles.
