Designed to help empower women to manage symptoms from Perimenopause to Post Menopause, this class is perfect for those wanting to balance energy and heat within the body. Postures to build strength and flexibility are included along with gentle, slower movements and breath to expel heat and calm the mind. Every posture is an invitation and ladies are encouraged to be with themselves where they are at, moving at a pace that feels good for you in that moment.
This class is not exclusively for those who are in Perimenopause, Menopause or Post. So feel free to come and join if you would like a slower paced class with the option for tea and chat after class. All levels welcome.
